Conditions for registering, booking and receiving products at iStudio By UFicon, U•Store By UFicon and participating stores.
- Customers who place an order of the product must pay a deposit of 2,000 Baht on the Pre-order day and must pay the remaining product fee on the pickup day, or they can opt to pay the full amount. The reservation slots are limited.
- Customers who place an order of the iPad A16 and iPad Air 11 inch / 13 inch M3 via the https://pre-order.uficon.com will receive special purchase prices and gifts, based on the company’s conditions.
- Customers must avail the special offer along with the iPad A16 and iPad Air 11 inch / 13 inch M3. If the customer doesn’t utilize the offer as per the terms, it’s considered a waiver of the right, and they can’t request additional rights or compensations later.
- Customers must activate the MacBook Pro iPad A16 and iPad Air 11 inch / 13 inch M3 upon receiving it at iStudio By UFicon , U•Store By UFicon, and participating stores.
- Pickup/delivery schedule for the iPad A16 and iPad Air 11 inch / 13 inch M3 (Wi-Fi Model Only) Ready for sale 10 April 2025 (8.00 AM.) onwards. The schedule might be subject to changes, which the company will notify accordingly.
- After placing a Pre-order or purchasing, customers cannot cancel, change, or edit any information.
Refusing to purchase, canceling, or returning products will be considered a waiver of gifts.
- Customers who reserve products by deposit or buy by full payment cannot cancel, exchange, or refund in cash. They can, however, exchange for other products sold by the company, valued equal to or higher than the amount paid for the iPad A16 and iPad Air 11 inch / 13 inch M3 reservation.
- If customers wish to receive a tax invoice, they can fill out details via https://pre-order.uficon.com. For any edits, please notify Line@UFicon on the booking day only. Late notifications will not be entertained, and the company reserves the right to deny any tax invoice edits.
- Customers will receive a deposit receipt/tax invoice, which is proof of the iPad A16 and iPad Air 11 inch / 13 inch M3 booking, only through the email they provided at https://pre-order.uficon.com.
- Product pickups can be done at iStudio By UFicon , U•Store By UFicon, and participating stores.
- Customers must present the deposit receipt/tax invoice received from the company. They also need to show their ID card/driving license or passport. If the customer cannot collect in person, they can authorize someone else, provided they have an authorization letter to show to the staff.
- Customers must collect the product on the specified date and time as appointed by the company’s staff.
- If the company finds any fraud, incorrect details, or any violation of terms, the customer will lose their right to special product prices, promotions, and any other benefits.
- By registering to pre-order a product, you agree to allow UFicon Limited to collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. You also agree to receive news via SMS and email that you have registered. The handling of your data is as per the privacy policy of UFicon Limited.
- By registering to pre-order a product, you understand and accept all these terms and conditions, as well as other related terms concerning the booking and product collection.
- The company reserves the right to change or modify the booking and product collection details without prior notice. The company’s decision is final.
- The product warranty is as specified by the company.
